Stress Management at the Center for Integrative Healing at Englewood Hospital

Every Tuesday for six consecutive weeks; Cost $390
Learn important mind-body skills including breathing skills, meditation and guided imagery to help relieve and manage stress, improve self-awareness and calm the body and mind.  Call 201-894-3767 for more information.

CPR/Emergency Care (AHA) Courses

Heart Strong!
Education and support for patients with heart failure; informative sessions led by cardiologists, nurses, dieticians and exercise physiologists to help you take charge of your health. For more information, call 201.894.3476

The Center for Sleep Medicine

Support Groups

February 4 and February 18, 5 – 6 pm
Quit Smart® Smoking Cessation
Every other Thursday; One-time $50 registration fee. Smoking can increase the risk of heart disease. Join us and kick the habit for good. Call 201-894-3157 for more information.

February 23, 7 – 8:30 pm
Diabetes Support Group
Meets the fourth Tuesday of every month; open to individuals and families. This group allows participants to share their experiences, learn from others and discuss how they live with diabetes. Guest speakers are often featured. Call 201-894-3335 for more information.              

Visiting Hearts
A support program for patients who are preparing for or have undergone cardiac surgery. Call 201-894-3636 for more information.

Weight Loss Surgery Support Group
