Celebrating the Guiding Light of Humanism

Englewood Hospital and Medical Center Foundation will hold its annual Black Tie Gala to benefit programs and services at the Medical Center on Saturday, May 8 at 6:30PM, at Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers, New York City. The Gala will celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Russell and Angelica Berrie Center for Humanistic Care and Englewood's commitment to humanism.

Steve Adubato will be master of ceremonies. Steve is an Emmy Award-winning anchor on PBS, media analyst and Star-Ledger columnist. He is also a best selling author, university lecturer and professional communications and leadership coach whose company Stand & Deliver offers invaluable workshops, seminars and executive one-on-one coaching.

Guests will enjoy an evening of fabulous jazz, starting with an ensemble of well-known jazz artists at the cocktail party, led by guitarist Roni Ben-Hur. Davell Crawford, "The Piano Prince of New Orleans," will headline along with Sweet Georgia Brown, "The Last of the Red Hot Mama's," and the Blues Crusaders. The concert will be followed by a sumptuous dessert and coffee hour.
