Englewood, NJ July 12, 2010 – Englewood Hospital and Medical Center proudly donated a portable defibrillator and provided free CPR training for Bergenfield High School teachers and administrators recently.  Earlier this spring, Medical Center paramedics responded to an emergency call from the high school where a student had experienced cardiac arrest. The student was successfully resuscitated and is doing well. The donation and CPR training lecture are part of the hospital’s ongoing efforts to provide local communities with access to lifesaving technology and education.
