Premier Providers Join Forces to Offer Home Health Services
Englewood Hospital and Visiting Nurse Association Partner to Offer Expanded Range
of Home and Community-Based Services to Area Residents

Englewood, NJ, February 28, 2012—Englewood Hospital and Medical Center (EHMC) and Visiting Nurse Association Health Group (VNAHG) entered into a joint venture to provide home health and hospice care to the residents of the greater Bergen County. Reflecting the new collaboration, the joint venture is named Visiting Nurse Association of Englewood.  The partnership will combine the collective resources and expertise of two premier healthcare providers and offer patients enhanced innovative, high quality home health services.  Services include nursing, rehabilitation therapy, home health aide care, palliative care, home infusion, medical social work, private duty and live-in services, along with hospice services for end-of-life care.

VNA Health Group is known for its ability to provide customized care using the most advanced technology, including comprehensive cardiac care, diabetes management, infusion therapy, wound care, telehealth in-home monitoring, joint replacement rehabilitation, geriatric care management, and specialized clinical programs for children. These services are now available to all VNA of Englewood patients.
