Free Screening Encourages Prostate Cancer Prevention and Awareness

(Englewood, NJ, September 24, 2012) Englewood Hospital and Medical Center recently partnered with the National Prostate Coalition to host the “Drive Against Prostate Cancer,” the nation’s only mobile screening program. In recognition of National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, Englewood Hospital physicians and phlebotomists donated their time and expertise to provide free confidential testing to those at-risk for the disease. This year, 125 men participated in the event.
