Trustees of Englewood Hospital and Medical
Englewood, NJ, October 17, 2012 – Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is pleased to announce the election of Thomas C. Senter as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and its parent organization, Englewood Healthcare System (EHS). Mr. Senter’s three-year term as Chairman began October 1, 2012.
Additional officers elected to the Hospital and System Board of Trustees include Sam Kim, Vice Chairman, and Robert F. Mangano, elected to a second term as Treasurer. In addition, Jonathan Abad has been elected as a new Hospital Trustee. The Medical Center’s Foundation also announces new Trustees: Nancy Brown, Joseph Brad Campoli, Robert H. Feuerstein, Wendy R. Hurst, MD, Eric J. Margolis, MD, Jay Nadel, and Martin Zaikov.

Thomas C. Senter
Prior to becoming Chairman, Mr. Senter served as Vice Chairman of both the Medical Center and the EHS Boards, and as Chairman of the Hospital’s Professional Affairs Committee. In previous terms, Mr. Senter served as Chairman of the Personnel and Finance Committees. He also has served on the Executive, Audit, Investment, Strategic Planning and Governmental Affairs Committees.
Mr. Senter is a partner in the law firm of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, with offices in Woodbridge and Roseland, New Jersey. He is a member of its Tax, Trust & Estates Department and Chair of its Employee Benefits Practice Group. He previously served on the firm’s Management Committee. Mr. Senter is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the Employee Benefits category. He has served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Pension Planning & Compliance.
Mr. Senter is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his law degree from St. John’s University and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from New York University. He and his wife, Linda, live in Tenafly with their children, Meredith and Matthew.
Sam S. Kim
Mr. Kim has been elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and EHS. Mr. Kim was appointed to the Medical Center Board in 2006 and to the EHS Board in 2007. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Investment Committee, to which he was appointed in 2012, and the Professional Affairs Committee. Mr. Kim is President and Founder of Bond Street Capital, LLC, an investment firm in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Also, he serves on the Board of Trustees for New City Kids, an afterschool support and education non-profit organization in Jersey City. Mr. Kim resides in Cresskill with his wife, Sunwoo, and their four children.
Robert F. Mangano
Mr. Mangano has been re-elected as Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and EHS. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Finance Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and the Professional Affairs Committee. Mr. Mangano is President and CEO of 1st Constitution Bancorp and its subsidiary 1st Constitution Bank. Prior to joining the Bank in 1996, Mr. Mangano was President and CEO of Urban National Bank, a community bank in northern New Jersey for three years. Mr. Mangano resides in Washington Township.
Mr. Abad has been elected as a new Trustee to the Medical Center’s Board. Mr. Abad is co-owner of General Trading Co., a wholesale food distributor located in Carlstadt, New Jersey, where he has principal responsibility for executive management, operations and sales, as well as the company’s customer loan portfolio. Mr. Abad lives in Alpine with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.

Englewood Hospital and Medical Center’s Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of seven new Trustees:
Ms. Brown is currently on the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades among many other philanthropic posts, and has served for six years as Admissions Chair at the Alpine Country Club. She earned her BA in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Brown resides in Cresskill with her husband, Howard. They have two children, Michele and Michael.
Joseph Brad Campoli
Mr. Campoli graduated from Widener University with a BA in Accounting and Finance. He is Vice President of J. Campoli & Sons Inc., a construction firm based in Cresskill. Mr. Campoli resides in Cresskill with his wife, Renna. They have two sons.
Robert H. Feuerstein
Mr. Feuerstein has an MBA from Columbia University Business School and a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He serves as President of Rema Foods Inc., an Englewood Cliffs-based importer of goods for retail, food service and industrial trades. Mr. Feuerstein was a volunteer for the Cresskill Ambulance Corp. Mr. Feuerstein resides in Alpine with his wife, Shira, and two children.
Wendy R. Hurst, MD
Dr. Hurst is Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and received her medical degree from Tufts Medical School in Boston. She is President of Englewood OBGYN Associates, established in 1995, and is Physician Liaison to the Breakfast Club, an auxiliary of the Foundation that aims to increase awareness of the Medical Center’s expertise through social outreach and special events. Dr. Hurst resides in Cresskill with her husband, Richard Levine, MD, and two children.
Eric J. Margolis, MD
Dr. Margolis is a Board Certified Urologic Surgeon and received his medical degree from the State University of New York in Syracuse, NY. He is with Urology Center of Englewood and specializes in all aspects of adult urology with emphasis on prostate health and urological cancer. He is married to Karen Patrusky, MD, an OB/GYN on staff at Englewood Hospital. They reside in Tenafly.
Mr. Nadel recently completed a successful two-term appointment (since September 2006) as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center and its parent organization, Englewood Healthcare System. A high-profile senior financial services executive, Mr. Nadel is involved professionally in various endeavors that benefit his community such as the Demarest Athletic Association, the Jewish Home at Rockleigh and as a commissioner of the New Jersey Meadowland Commission. He received his BS from the University of Maryland. A resident of Demarest, Mr. Nadel and his wife, Beth, have three children.
Mr. Zaikov received a BA in Political Science Statistics from Hunter College CUNY. He is retired from Neuberger-Berman, an independent asset management firm. He resides in Alpine with his wife, Lynne, and three children.
