Englewood Hospital Physicians Among the Finest in New York Magazine’s
“Best Doctors” Issue

(Englewood, NJ, July 1, 2013) – New York magazine named 32 physicians at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center among the region’s finest practitioners as listed in the publication’s 2013 “Best Doctors” edition.  Those selected are determined to be in the top 10% of the region’s physicians.

“This recognition is one more example to our community that the region’s best doctors are close to home,” said Warren Geller, President and CEO of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. “We congratulate these doctors and are grateful to all of our extraordinary physicians who dedicate their time and talent to caring for our patients.”

The magazine’s June 24 edition features 1,198 doctors in 65 specialties located in the tri-state area. The list is an abbreviated version of the annual Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. book, Top Doctors: New York Metro Area™. The New York-based research and information company compiles and publishes its list based on a peer-review survey to help patients connect with the best doctors in their communities. This year, more than 5,900 physicians were selected by Castle Connolly.
