Hospice Program
Our Hospice Program is specifically designed to care for patients who have a terminal illness and wish a comfortable and dignified death at home.
We utilize a team approach to deliver comprehensive care that includes skilled nursing, medical social workers, pain management, personal care and spiritual guidance to the terminally ill in the comfort of their home. A 24-hour on-call nurse is available if needed. Support groups and follow-up Bereavement Programs are offered to primary caregivers.
